Connect your calendar
Sign in with Google or Microsoft and connect Google Calendar or Outlook. There’s no new password to remember, and your company’s sign-in rules protect ANCI AI too.
Meet your people
ANCI AI builds your list from the meetings you already have: teammates, clients, vendors and candidates. If you manage an executive’s calendar, tell it whose, and it works on theirs as well.
Ask for what you need
Type or say it, the way you’d ask a colleague. ANCI AI works out who, when and where, checks every calendar, and shows you exactly what it will do.

What is ANCI AI?
ANCI AI is an AI scheduling agent that works like a great executive assistant. It finds time across calendars and time zones, schedules with people inside and outside your company, and never books, moves or sends anything without your yes.
How does ANCI AI schedule with people outside my company?
It can’t see their calendars, so it emails them a few times that work for your side, reads their reply and books the time they choose. If they suggest another time, it checks your calendar and asks you once.
Does ANCI AI book meetings without asking?
No. It shows you exactly what it will do and waits for your OK. You can choose to skip confirmation for teammates, but warnings are always shown.
What are Team Booking Links?
A Team Booking Link is one link for your whole team. Share it by email or embed it on your website, and guests pick a time when the team is free. Every person also has a personal booking link.
Which calendars does ANCI AI work with?
Google Calendar and Outlook / Microsoft 365, with Zoom, Microsoft Teams and phone calls as meeting locations.
What happened to Zara AI?
Zara AI is now ANCI AI. Same scheduling engine, rebuilt for Release 3.0 with scheduling outside your company, scheduling for executives, and a new app.
